At Lambda Chi Alpha you don’t pledge with us, YOU JOIN US!

An associate member is a member of Lambda Chi Alpha who has not yet been initiated. Lambda Chi Alpha does not use the term “pledge” to refer to a new member. The term “pledge” is associated with negative connotations. An Associate Member of Lambda Chi Alpha will never be expected to do anything a brother would not do.

Associate Members will never be expected to participate in any activities that may be considered as hazing.

Associate Members will be fully involved in the events and education of Lambda Chi Alpha.

Associate Members can run for and hold office in the chapter. An Associate Member can even be elected president.
